Master Bond EP21TCHT is a NASA qualified low outgassing epoxy, employed successfully in high vacuum settings between difficult to bond substrates. As a cryogenic adhesive, it retains significant adhesive strength in low temperatures down to 4 K. The hardened adhesive exhibits high thermal conductivity and excellent thermal cycling resistance.
